A Lone Rock man was seriously injured Thursday afternoon.  The deputy said about 3:30pm 74-year old Paul Boshela was traveling north on Costigan Road near Anglim Road in the Town of Seven Mile Creek. Boshela entered the ditch.  As the truck continued into a ravine, it overturned onto the passenger side trapping Boshela.  He had to be extricated and medically transported to Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.  A state environmental enforcement specialist was called to the scene.  The United Cooperative truck was hauling fertilizer which spilled into a small creek.  The driver told the deputy that he had blacked out.  There were no skid or brake marks on the roadway.
