A Bancroft, Wisconsin woman has been charged in Adams County with possession of a firearm by a felon.  According to the deputy’s report, in August 2012 he responded to a residence in the Town of Leola for a disturbance.  Following an investigation, a Smith and Wesson .357 Magnum revolver was allegedly found in the possession of 67-year old Patricia Klingforth.  A records check showed Klingforth had been convicted of a felony forgery charge in Wood County in 2007.  Klingforth’s initial court appearance is scheduled for November 19th, 2012.
