A rural New Lisbon man was taken into custody as a result of a traffic stop.  Police said Sunday morning 25-year old Leroy McCracken was initially stopped in the City of Mauston for speeding.  A records check showed McCracken was wanted for ‘failure to appear on a civil case’.  McCracken was handcuffed and transported to the Juneau County Jail.
