An Elroy teenager was cited as a result of a two-vehicle accident Friday afternoon.  The deputy said about 1:30pm 17-year old Trystan Houzner was driving out a steep, snow-covered driveway in the Town of Plymouth.  He was unable to stop because of the snow and the 2000 Ford F250 truck entered Highway 82 and struck a car being driven by a Hillsboro woman, 64-year old Generosa Walker.  No one was injured.  Houzner was cited for ‘failure to yield right-of-way’ and fined $175.30.
