An Elroy man has been charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse.  The deputy said Friday night he responded to a residence in the 200-block of Franklin Street in the City of Elroy for a report that 40-year old Cory Zech had allegedly spit, poured beer, and urinated on his girlfriend.  Apparently Zech had come home intoxicated and was upset because the house wasn’t clean.  During a hearing Monday, bail was set at a $500 signature bond.  Zech is to maintain absolute sobriety and have no violent or abusive contact with the victim.
