A Mauston man has been mailed a citation for retail theft.  Police said Friday evening 27-year old Jamie Price went to the Dollar General Store in the City of Mauston and stole two packs of electronic cigarettes valued at $14.  Price was fined $303.00.  He ‘s banned from the store for four-months until March 23rd, 2013.
