A Stillwater, Minnesota man was taken into custody on drug charges over the weekend. According to the criminal complaint, on Saturday a state trooper investigated a vehicle stopped on Interstate 90/94 near Lyndon Station. In plain view, the trooper saw a one-hitter used to smoke marijuana. Further investigation revealed over 82-grams of cocaine in a black duffle bag along with 7.7 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, and a glass smoking pipe with burned residue., Also in plain view the trooper saw a cigarette package containing a red straw with white powdery residue commonly used for snorting cocaine. The driver, 52-year old Randy Anderson, was arrested and transported to the Juneau County Jail. Anderson has been charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. During a court hearing Monday, bail was set at a $10,000 cash bond. Anderson posted bond on Tuesday.
