A Friendship man was stopped in the City of Adams for driving without a valid license.  Police said Wednesday night 25-year old Harlan Hintz was stopped on Highway 13.  He was arrested for operating without a license-2nd offense and bail jumping.  He was mailed a citation for ‘operating without insurance.”   His fines totaled $400.50.
