Court modified bond for a Grand Marsh woman this week. According to court documents, 36-year old Tonya Collins has been in the Adams County Jail since November 2012 following a one-vehicle accident. Monday the court reduced bail to a $1000 cash bond from $5000. In November deputies responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident in the Town of Easton. Following an investigation, Collins was arrested for OWI-1st offense. Collins had allegedly admitted to taking a morphine pill the night before the crash and smoking marijuana before leaving the house that morning. She has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping.
