A Mauston man was taken into custody over the weekend.  Police said Saturday night an officer responded to a residence in the 800-Block of West State Street in the City of Mauston for a physical domestic disturbance in progress.  Following an investigation, 23-year old Chris Collins was arrested for domestic battery and disorderly conduct.  Collins was transported to the Juneau County Jail.
