Domestic disturbance
A Grand Marsh man has been charged in Adams County as a result of a domestic disturbance last month. During a hearing Wednesday, 20-year old Corey Peters waived his right to a preliminary hearing and entered pleas of not guilty on all charges. The court bound Peters over for arraignment. His $1000 signature bond was continued. Peters is accused of getting into a physical altercation with his girlfriend at an apartment in the City of Adams. Peters has been charged with strangulation, felony bail jumping, misdemeanor battery, and criminal damage to property.
