A Friendship man, 42-year old Bret Dow, has been charged in Adams County with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and criminal damage to property.  According to the complaint, last month a deputy responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Village of Friendship.  Dow was arrested and transported to the Adams County Jail.  Bail was initially set at a $1000 cash bond.  During a court hearing last week, bond was reduced to $750 and the defendant is to have no contact with the victim.
