Disturbance in Adams
Disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property charges have been referred to the Adams County District Attorney’s Office for an Adams woman. Police said last week an officer responded to a residence in the 400-block of East May Street in the City of Adams for a disturbance. Following an investigation 30-year old Carol Albiter was arrested for kicking a bedroom door damaging the lock. She was argumentative and became belligerent, started screaming and throwing things, and then kicked the door. Albiter was located several hours later at a different location, handcuffed, and transported to the Adams County Jail.
