A New Lisbon man was cited for disorderly conduct. The deputy said Friday morning about 1am he responded to a residence in the 300-block of Main Street in the Village of Camp Douglas for a disturbance. Investigation revealed 34-year old Luke Day was intoxicated, swearing, and making noise. He had attempted to hook up his flatbed tow truck to a truck owned by a Camp Douglas man and tow it away. He also threatened to cut the fingers of a teenager who urinated near his tow truck. Day was fined $200.50.
