An Adams man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.  Police said Friday night, October 18, 2013, an officer responded to an apartment in the 300-block of East Liberty Street for a disturbance.  Investigation revealed 38-year old Christopher Kobs had been drinking vodka and out-of control.  He had allegedly used profanity with two juveniles in the residence and threw things across the living room.  He had fallen several times and struck his head resulting in two lacerations.  He was medically cleared at Moundview Hospital then transferred to the Adams County Jail.
