An Adams woman was arrested for disorderly conduct. Police said earlier this month 52-year old Janette Beeman had too much to drink and her boyfriend had asked her to leave his residence in the 600-block of East May Street in the City of Adams. She refused so he pushed her out the front door and locked it. When the officer arrived, Beeman was on the ground. She was combative, uncooperative, and hostile towards the officer. Two juveniles were on scene and refused several lawful instructions from the officer. They fled the area and locked themselves in their residence down the street. Both juveniles will be mailed resisting/obstructing officer citations. Beeman was transported to the Adams County Jail and tentatively charged with disorderly conduct, resisting, and bail jumping.
