A 17-year old Dells male has been charged as an adult in Adams County.  The deputy said last month 17-year old Theodore Wilson had been reported as a runaway by his mother.  When he was brought home by police, the two started a verbal argument that escalated.  When the deputy arrived, Wilson was in the garage but the couch and recliner in the living room had been overturned and there was a large hole in the living room wall.  Wilson was arrested and transported to the Adams County Jail.  He has been charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
