Following a Closed Session of the Mauston City Council meeting Tuesday evening, Mauston City Administrator Nathan Thiel reported, “contingent upon legal review, the City has entered into a Developer’s Agreement with Stroh Precision Die Casting in Mauston’s Industrial Park.”  Thiel said, “the City is in the process of purchasing property from Parker Hannifin and deeding two-acres to Stroh for the purpose of expansion.  The City is developing a regional detention basin on the City’s west side which prevents Stroh from expanding from the north but the land transactions would allow Stroh to expand to the west.”
