A Wisconsin Dells man was injured as a result of a one-vehicle accident earlier this month.  The deputy said 50-year old Charles Durjak was traveling north on Koval Road in the Town of Lyndon.  As he approached County Road ‘N’, a south bound vehicle was partially in the north bound lane.  Durjak swerved to the right to avoid a collision.  the 2002 Dodge red-colored Caravan van entered the ditch and struck a tree.  The non-contact vehicle did not stop and was not identified.
