Adams police responded to a residence in the 200-block of N. Vincennes Street for a possible death. A care giver had reported she had gone to check on 74-year old Alois Soucek Monday morning and that he had passed away. She had been to the residence earlier about 2:30am after the ambulance had responded because he was thirsty. When the officer arrived, he found Soucek lying on the bed unresponsive. The EMTs arrived and the medical examiner was called and conducted an investigation. The body was released to Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
