Credit card fraud
A Friendship man and his girlfriend have been charged with felony credit card fraud and identity theft. The deputy said 30-year old John Chevalier and 29-year old Tammy Gillessen allegedly opened a credit card account using his mother’s name without her consent and maxed it out at $10,000. In addition, Gillessen has also been charged with theft of a business setting. The deputy said last year Gillessen allegedly stole thousands of dollars while employed at the Pineland Campground in Adams County.
