A New Lisbon man was involved in a one-vehicle accident in the City of Mauston Tuesday morning.  Police said about 12:30am 27-year old Robert Petersilka, Junior was traveling north on Highway 58 near Prospect Avenue when the 2001 Ford Explorer started to fishtail on the fresh snow.  The SUV struck a curb and overturned onto the driver’s side.  When the officer arrived, Petersilka asked for help to roll the vehicle upright.  Following an investigation, Petersilka was arrested for OWI-2nd offense and transported to the Juneau County Jail.  A Preliminary Breath Test showed .223%.  He was also cited for failure to keep vehicle under control and operating motor vehicle without insurance.  His fines totaled $740.60.
