A Kenosha man was cited for failing to secure and cover the battery on his boat as required.  The deputy said on Saturday 48-year old John Jacobson was fishing from an aluminum flat bottom boat with a trolling motor on the Lemonweir River near the 2nd Avenue Bridge in the Town of Cutler.  He was fined $162.
