Charges of Disorderly Conduct and Bail Jumping Referred for an Adams Man
Charges of disorderly conduct and bail jumping have been referred to the Adams County District Attorney for an Adams man. Police say they were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of East May Street in the Adams for a disturbance last Monday, July 28. The victim said that she had a fight with 21-year-old Brett Stratton, and that Stratton had put his hands around her neck. A witness said that he heard the victim and Stratton fighting, but said he didn’t see anything physical. A records check showed that Stratton was out on bond in Adams County for disorderly conduct, battery, and taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Stratton had left the residence prior to law enforcement arriving at the scene.
