A 17-year old Adams male has been charged as an adult in Adams County Circuit Court.  According to court documents 17-year old Kyle Barton and 18-year old Allen Lamont of Adams are charged with being a party to arson.  Both are accused of starting a vehicle on fire in November 2012.  Both have their initial court appearances on Monday, January 28, 2013.
