A Camp Douglas woman was cited as a result of a two-vehicle accident last week. The deputy said last Tuesday afternoon, June 19th, 2012, at 3:15 p.m. 22-year-old Brittany Conant was traveling east on Highway 12/16 in the Village of Camp Douglas. She struck the vehicle in front of her as the driver, 71-year-old Dallas Johnson of New Lisbon, had slowed attempting a left turn into a business parking lot. Johnson and a passenger were uninjured. Conant received moderate injuries and was medically transported to Tomah Memorial Hospital. Conant was cited for ‘inattentive driving’ and ‘possession of drug paraphernalia’. Her fines totaled $640. The deputy had found a pot pipe in the vehicle while investigating the accident.
