An Oxford man lost control of his car on a snow-covered road in Adams County.  The deputy said on Friday morning, January 4th, 2013 about 10:10am 84-year old Arlen Ortlieb was traveling west on Ember Avenue near 3rd Drive in the Town of New Chester.  As he rounded a curve, Ortlieb lost control of his 1998 Cadillac Deville.  The car entered the ditch and struck a tree.  Ortlieb was uninjured.
