Traffic was impacted as a result of buckled pavement Tuesday afternoon.  The State Patrol said, “in Dane County the right lane of U.S. Highway 12/16 west bound was closed at Femrite Road due to buckled pavement.  And in Columbia County, there was a pavement blow up in both lanes of Interstate 39 south bound at mile marker 92 near Portage.  Traffic moved through the area on the shoulders.”
