50th Assembly District Representative Ed Brooks visited the WRJC studios Tuesday morning.  Brooks talked about the State Budget and the additional $4-million dollars the legislature added to the budget for domestic violence shelters in rural Wisconsin like Hope House and Passages in Richland Center.  “The legislature is hoping to hold property taxes to less than a 1% increase which mirrors what we did last time,”  said Brooks.
