The woman caught red-handed in Phillips Health Mart with narcotics in her pockets will be released on a signature bond, but only for purposes of attending an addiction reform program in Indiana.   36-year old Heidi Madeja was arrested inside the Mauston pharmacy in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 5th, 2013 and has been incarcerated in the Juneau County Jail unable to post the $1000 cash bond.  Tuesday afternoon Judge Paul Curran agreed to modify bond to allow Madeja  to be released from jail Wednesday to attend the Reformers Unanimous Home in Hammond, Indiana, an affordable, Christian based program.
