BloodCenter of Wisconsin officials are asking area residents to help meet demand by donating blood at Tomah Memorial Hospital November 30. Officials say during the holidays, donations decline, but the need increases. All blood types are welcome at the drive Thursday, November 30, from noon to 6 p.m. in the hospital classrooms. To donate, a person must be in good health, at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and have photo identification. Sixteen-year-olds may donate with parental consent. Forms are available at Tomah Memorial. Sign up for the drive at Walk-ins are also welcome.
