On November 18th 2017 Adams County Authorities reported to a Dell Prairie home for a report of a male subject who had overdosed.  The man later identified as Guy Mountain 22, of Wisconsin Dells was transferred to a Portage Hospital.  When he came to he told authorities he might have snorted something to cause to overdose but was unsure.  Mountain was placed into custody due to a probation hold.  On November 20th of 2017 Mountain told authorities he had been doing Xans (Xanax), when asked about other items found on him the night of the overdose, he was unsure but said it could have been meth.  On March 2018 state crime lab results showed items found on Mountain to be Alprazolam and Methamphetamine.  Toxicology results identified Methamphetamine, Opiates, Benzodiazepine, and Cannabis in Mountains blood.  The Benzodiazepine is believed to be the main cause in his overdose.  Mountain is facing charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession/Illegally Obtaining Prescription Drugs.
