A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of an Adams man.  According to court documents, 34-year old Dale Blindauer failed to make a court appearance Wednesday, March 13th, 2013.  Bllindauer is accused of substantial battery as a result of a fight with his father in the City of Adams in January 2013.
