Tires with low tread resulted in a two-vehicle accident near Tomah Tuesday.  The State Patrol said about 3:40pm an Onalaske woman, 20-year old Olivia Landers, was traveling east on Interstate 90 at mile marker 38.  As Landers was passing a 2011 Freightliner semi, the 2001 Chevy Impala lost traction on the Highway 16 overpass.  The car slid into the semi trailer.  Landers and a passenger, 40-year old Patricia Krawczyk of La Crosse, were transported by EMS to Tomah Memorial Hospital.  The semi driver, 27-year old Travis Fisher from Fenwick, Michigan, was uninjured.  Landers was cited for
