A Mauston man was arrested for OWI-2nd offense. Police said early Sunday morning an officer stopped 26-year old Casey Bolchen for operating a gray colored 1984 Jeep Cherokee without the headlights activated. Investigation revealed Bolchen was drinking alcohol. His Preliminary Breath Test showed .210. Bolchen was transported to Mile Bluff Medical Center for a blood draw and then transferred to the Juneau County Jail. In addition to OWI, Bolchen has also been cited for operating without lamps, failure to stop at stop sign, open intoxicants by driver, non-registration of auto, operating after suspension of registration, operating after suspension of license-2nd offense. His fines totaled $1133.60.
