A Wallace, Michigan man has been charged in Adams County with disorderly conduct.  According to the Wisconsin Dells Police Officer, last month he responded to a resort for an initial child enticement complaint.  Investigation revealed 40-year old Edward Kosewski appeared intoxicated and had allegedly made sexual comments to a 14-year old girl as she left the water park.  Kosewski was arrested and transported to the Adams County Jail.  During a hearing, bond was set at a $1000 signature bond.
