Armed burglary in Town of Armenia
A Menasha man has been charged in Juneau County with being a party to armed burglary. According to the criminal complaint, on June 26th, 2013 23-year old Michael Edict allegedly entered a residence in the Town of Armenia masked and armed with a handgun. Edict and another armed and masked man named, Jake, had entered through a sliding glass door. They were dressed in black and ordered the women to give them their money and purses. One of the women allegedly struggled with Edict and scratched his face. During an interview with Edict in the Wood County Jail on July 8th, 2013, the Juneau County Detective saw a cut on Edict’s face consistent with the victim’s statement regarding the struggle.
