An Arkdale man has been charged with possession of a switchblade knife.  According to police, as a result of a traffic stop in the Town of Rome last month, an officer recovered a switchblade belonging to a backseat passenger, 49-year old Scott Lundquist.  Lundquist admitted the knife was his.  He was transported to the Adams County Jail.  During a court hearing, bail was set at a $500 signature bond.
