“Applications are now being accepted for occupation of the transitional home on Elmberta Street,” says Mauston Police Chief Mark Messer.  “Families can find applications online at www.seaofchangejc.org or by calling Linda Mitchel-May at 608-547-7006.”  The SEA of Change is a non-profit advocacy group that gives support and helps people in need of shelter. Applications can also be picked up at the Hatch Public Library, the Juneau County Department of Human Services, at the Mauston School District Office, at Mauston churches, the Mauston PD, and the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office.
