An Alabama man was arrested in Juneau County for OWI-5th offense.  The State Patrol said Thursday morning about 8am 37-year old Rueben Givens was traveling west on Interstate 90/94 in Sauk County when the vehicle he was operating struck the rear of a semi.  Givens then left the accident scene without reporting it to law enforcement.  He was stopped a short time later on I90/94 in Juneau County.  An investigation revealed Givens was intoxicated.  A records check showed he had at least four prior convictions of OWI in other states.”
