A Reedsburg man has been arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol. On January 5, the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched for a one vehicle accident in the Village of Necedah on South Main Street. Upon arrival, the deputy noticed a Chevy truck that appeared to have struck a tree. The deputy made contact with the driver, 42-year-old Gary Crubaugh. When he asked Crubaugh what happened, he noticed a strong odor of intoxicants. Crubaugh stated that he was hurt, and he was transported to Hess Memorial Hospital. At the hospital, Crubaugh admitted to having a few drinks. After his arrest, Crubaugh was released to the hospital staff.
