Adams shooter ID
Adams County Sheriff Sam Wollin said, “Saturday morning about 2am the sheriff’s office received a call of a shooting that had occurred in the 100-block of N. Elm Street in the City of Adams. The caller stated that he was asleep in bed when his girlfriend startled him and he shot her with a shot gun that he kept near the bed. The caller was identified as 28-year old Coleman Dybul, of Adams, and his girlfriend was identified as 27-year old Toni Voss of Adams. Voss was fatally wounded and pronounced dead at the scene by the Adams County Medical Examiner. Dybul was placed under arrest for 1st degree reckless homicide and remains in custody. A young child was also in the residence at the time of the incident, who was unharmed, and is now with a family member.”
