Adams man snorted percocet
An Adams man has been charged with possession of a prescription medication without a prescription and drug paraphernalia. The deputy said last month he stopped 50-year old Milan Milanovich, Junior for speeding and operating the Mitsubishi without headlights. As Milanovich was performing field sobriety tests, the deputy noticed a white powdery substance in his right nostril. Milan told the deputy it was percocet and he had snorted the pill using a straw. A search of the center console revealed a pill grinder and a crack pipe. Milanovich was arrested and placed on a Probation and Parole hold. Further investigation revealed an Adderall pill inside the car. During a court hearing, bail was set at a $1000 signature bond.
