Adams man scheduled for preliminary hearing
An Adams man accused of killing his girlfriend is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday. During a hearing on March 15th, 2013, the court denied a motion to reduce bond for 28-year old Coleman Dybul. Dybul sits in the Adams County Jail on a 250-thousand dollar cash bond. He is accused of killing his girlfriend with a shotgun in their bedroom after she had startled him in the early morning hours of Saturday, March 2nd, 2013. 27-year old Toni Voss was pronounced dead at the house in the City of Adams. As a Marine, Dybul had served a tour of duty in Afghanistan. He struggled with insomnia and flashbacks and had a hard time breaking the habit of keeping a loaded weapon near him when he slept.
