An Adams man accused of killing his girlfriend is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday.  During a hearing on March 15th, 2013, the court denied a motion to reduce bond for 28-year old Coleman Dybul.  Dybul sits in the Adams County Jail on a 250-thousand dollar cash bond.  He is accused of killing his girlfriend with a shotgun in their bedroom after she had startled him in the early morning hours of Saturday, March 2nd, 2013.  27-year old Toni Voss was pronounced dead at the house in the City of Adams.  As a Marine, Dybul had served a tour of duty in Afghanistan.   He struggled with insomnia and flashbacks and had a hard time breaking the habit of keeping a loaded weapon near him when he slept.
