An Adams man has been convicted of two counts of child neglect.  According to court documents, 26-year old Timothy Tuttle plead no contest to the charges Friday as a result of an incident involving his girlfriend’s two young children in August 2012.  The court withheld sentence and placed Tuttle on 3-years probation.  Tuttle is currently in the Adams County jail serving a 6-month sentence for a felony substantial battery conviction.
