An Adams man was arrested Sunday night following a two-vehicle accident.  Adams Police Chief Todd Hanson said, “about 7:30pm 30-year old Justin Bricco was traveling south on Main Street in the City of Adams without the headlights on.  The vehicle crossed the center line and struck a northbound vehicle head-on being operated by 48-year old Lorie Hodkiewicz of Friendship.  Bricco was transported by ambulance to Moundview Memorial Hospital.  He was arrested for suspicion of ‘operating under the influence of a controlled substance-2nd offense’ and for ‘operating after revocation-due to alcohol violation.”  As of Monday afternoon, Bricco was being held in the Adams County Jail.  Hodkiewicz was not medically transported.
