Adams Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct
An Adams man has been arrested for disorderly conduct and damage to property. Police say they were dispatched to a residence in the 600 block of Walker Street in the Adams for a disturbance Tuesday. Investigation revealed that 31-year-old Julian Torstenson got into a verbal altercation with the victim and damaged several items in the home. The victim said Torstenson had been drinking, but the argument was just verbal and nothing turned physical. Torstenson admitted that he and the victim fought and that he damaged the items. He was arrested and transported to the Adams County Jail. A preliminary breathe test showed a result of .242.
