An Adams man was taken into custody earlier this week.  Police said Tuesday morning about 12:40am an officer was dispatched to the 100-block of South Elm Street in the City of Adams for a domestic disturbance.  Investigation revealed 35-year old Vincent Breezee had allegedly gotten into a physical altercation with his live-in girlfriend.  He allegedly broke the bathroom door and lock and took his girlfriend’s cell phone so she couldn’t call police.  She was able to exit the back door and go to the neighbor’s house.  Further investigation revealed a glass water bong on the living room coffee table and numerous K2 packets of synthetic marijuana scattered throughout.  Breezee was arrested, transported to the Adams County Jail, and tentatively charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, criminal damage to property, false imprisonment, intimidation of victim, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
