An Adams County man was struck by a stray bullet Saturday morning.  Sheriff Sam Wollin said, “about 11:40am the sheriff’s office received a report that a person had been shot in the 2900 Block of 11th Drive in the Town of Easton.  Investigation revealed that the man was outside working on his property when he was struck by a stray bullet.  Further investigation revealed that a nearby property owner had been target practicing.  The victim was not critically injured.  He was transported to Moundview Memorial Hospital and later med-flown to a Madison hospital where he is listed in stable condition.”
