A Pewaukee man was cited as a result of a two-vehicle accident in the City of Mauston.  Police said Sunday afternoon 51-year old Alan Ruka had stopped at the bottom of the Interstate 90/94 exit ramp.  He crossed both west bound lanes and turned east onto Highway 82.  Ruka’s vehicle was struck from behind by a Waupan driver, 31-year old Patrick Huggett.  Huggett told the officer he couldn’t stop in time.  No one was injured.  Ruka was cited for “failure to yield right-of-way while making a left turn’ and fined $88.80.
